Every once in awhile there comes along something truly special- the figures offered here from the Koestel Studio are truly spectacular. Starting in the 1930's, Ami Koestel designed and produced her first Christmas angels and ornaments for family and friends.That grew into the Koestel Design Products Studio. The faces and hands of these wonderful figures are hand sculpted out of wax. The fabrics and accessories are of the best quality. Traditional craftsmanship, and attention to detail, set these figures apart from most of the rest. They are surely worth a closer look. The nativity is sold as a whole, and the angels are flying.
